What are Purasomes?
Purasomes are an exosome and growth-factor based treatment developed by Dermoaroma and distributed in the UK by DermaFocus. The range uses AMPLEX Plus technology, derived from ethically sourced bovine colostrum, and contains exosomes and growth factors alongside ingredients selected for specific skin or hair concerns.

Treatment
Purasomes are delivered to the skin or scalp through microneedling. A course of treatments may be recommended depending on your concerns and treatment goals. DermaFocus recommends a series of approximately 3–5 sessions for skin, while hair protocols are tailored according to individual requirements.
A consultation will be carried out before treatment to assess suitability and create an appropriate treatment plan.
